Terms of use
The operating rules for applying to and participating in the 56 Run Club League.
Eligibility and access
Anyone with the shared link may open the League entry page and use a ChatGPT account to apply. Participation requires organiser approval and a team assignment. Submit accurate profile information and use only your own approved League account. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Challenge integrity
Participants must submit genuine activities completed by the registered runner. The league may flag, reject or investigate duplicate, manual, implausible or out-of-window activities. Published challenge rules and administrator decisions govern scoring.
Screenshot evidence
Submit a genuine screenshot of your own run from any tracking app. Check and correct every extracted detail. Text recognition is not verification; an administrator must approve the evidence before it counts. Duplicate, altered or misleading submissions may be rejected. The League is independent from the tracking apps participants choose.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another runner’s account or activity, circumvent capacity or rate limits, scrape data, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or malicious content.
Fees
The League does not require a paid tracking API connection. Any separate club or event fee is communicated by the organiser. Charges for third-party tracking apps remain subject to those apps’ own terms.
Privacy and termination
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion. You can contact the team to request correction or deletion of submitted evidence. We may suspend access to protect participants, enforce challenge rules or comply with platform requirements.
Availability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Uploads and review outcomes may be delayed by connectivity, hosting availability or admin review. Contact 56runclub@gmail.com if a run is missing or you need support.
