Run. Capture. Contribute.
Use the running app you already love. No tracking-app connection, API approval or premium subscription is required by the League.
1. Record your run
Use Strava, Garmin, Nike Run Club, Apple Fitness, COROS or another tracker. Save a Run, Trail Run or treadmill run. The run must start inside your team’s active challenge window.
2. Take one clear screenshot
Show the run date, distance and moving time or duration. Include the start time and runner identity where your app displays them. For elevation challenges, include elevation gain. Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. Avoid including maps, home addresses or unrelated personal information.
3. Upload and check
Open Upload run. The reader runs on your device and suggests details from English text. It can miss labels or mix up numbers, so compare every field with your screenshot. You can always enter missing details yourself. Enter the run’s date and start time in India time (IST); convert them if your tracker displays another timezone.
Check the confirmation box, then choose Submit for review. Your screenshot, confirmed details and detected text are stored privately for review. A failed or cancelled read does not stop you from submitting manually.
4. Follow your result
Your runs shows pending, approved and rejected submissions. A pending run does not count yet. Admin approval updates the team score and creates an in-app notification. If a run is rejected, read the reviewer’s reason, correct the issue and resubmit.
For race control
In Admin → Approvals, open the original screenshot. Compare the runner, date, distance, duration and any required elevation with the submitted values. Detected text is unverified, not proof of authenticity. Look for duplicate or inconsistent runs. Approve valid runs or reject with a useful explanation. The normal challenge caps, participation rules and scoring still apply.
One run, one submission
Do not upload someone else’s run, altered evidence, or the same run twice. Exact duplicate screenshots and matching run details are blocked, but edits or crops may evade those checks. Human review remains essential. Ask the admin if a correction is needed after approval.
